Meet Dr. Allen Job

Dr. Allen Job, DDS, MS, MPH, MS opened All Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in August 2012. His practice is committed to providing high quality oral health care for infants, children, adolescents and patients with special health care needs, all in a caring and fun environment.

Since 2005 Dr. Job has enjoyed providing pediatric dental services in San Diego County, after graduating from Loma Linda University with degrees in dentistry and a 2-year advanced education specialty in pediatric dentistry.

While at Loma Linda University he also earned advanced degrees in Health Administration and Physiology. Dr. Job has also earned his specialty board certification with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, making him one of a small percentage of pediatric dentists who hold Diplomate status.

As a believer in lifelong learning and as Assistant Professor at the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Dr. Job continues to teach dental students and dentists in the area of pediatric dentistry. He has chosen a team of professionals that are equally passionate about helping pediatric patients gain healthy oral habits that will support them for a lifetime. Read more on Dr. Allen Job.

“I enjoy introducing patients to optimal oral health habits through education and prevention,” Dr. Job says with a smile. “We recommend dental visits should begin when your infant is one-year old, or as his or her teeth begin coming. This finding is also supported by the American Academy of Pediatrics. This practice is important in establishing a good foundation for promoting optimal oral health.”

Dr. Job enjoys opportunities to give back to the community, both near and far. He has provided mission care in Belize, Bolivia, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Mexico, and Papua New Guinea. He enjoys serving the local community by teaching in various educational settings, from preschool to community college, and also working with local athletic teams to promote proper oral safety.

In his spare time, Dr. Job and his wife Lisa, enjoy running, racquetball, tennis, traveling and photography.

“Our goal at All Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is to provide each patient, and their parents, with personalized care. Our patient’s comfort is our first priority,” said Dr. Job, which is why we offer sedation services when helpful in our office setting. We provide all aspects of pediatric dentistry which includes preventive, restorative, and post-trauma care.”
